RATES:
Mid April - Mid December $290* per night
Mid Dec to Mid Apr & Thanksgiving $330* per night

  
        * plus State of Hawaii Hotel Tax of 11.417%
  • Rates quotes are daily & include departure cleaning.
  • Cleaning fee charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
  • Minimum stay - 7 nights except...
  • Minimum 10 night stay during holidays
  • 2 night deposit confirms reservation
  • Balance due 60 days before arrival


POLICIES:

  • Non-Smoking
  • Check-in at 3 p.m. - Check-out at 10 a.m.
  • late check out - 1/2 day charge when available


CANCELLATIONS:
 (We recommend travel insurance in case of the unexpected)

  • 60 or more days notice - 1 night forfeit
  • Less than 60 days notice - full deposit &
    balance forfeited
    (if unit re-rented, a pro rata refund will be issued)

Maui has always been our favorite island, but in Wailea Ekahi Village we have found the sense of community that makes a home - not your typical vacation area.

In Colorado we live in the shadow of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains with hiking trails and mountain peaks just a few miles from our front door.

At Ekahi in Wailea we have the Pacific Ocean and a long sandy beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling only steps from our front door.

Present are lovely serene neighborhoods. Missing are the usual congestion and traffic seen at resort areas.

Here in Hawaii we also enjoy endless water activities, golf, tennis, world class shopping and fine restaurants all within walking distance of our home.
